Salary:  $75-$110,000 + up to 10% bonus

Education / Certifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering

Required Experience: 2+ years’ experience in engineering. 

Preferred Experience: Bearing and/or ball screw industry experience. Automotive experience. Industrial experience. SolidWorks experience.

Application Engineers who have experience working as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, Application Engineers use customer input and sales information to design or re-design, develop, test and implement complex software programs and applications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Experience in the design and development of bearing and ball screw applications
• Experience with the manufacturing process of ball bearings and/or ball screws
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Superior social skills and the ability to build/maintain/grow relationships with customers through clear & concise communication
