Director of Operations - Restaurants

Job location: Chicago, IL 60611 (must be able to work onsite)

Travel: Up to 10%

Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 + bonus (up to 40%)

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Experience:

8+ years of management experience within the restaurant industry
- Management of Restaurant Facilities, Finance, Retail, and quick-service.
Must be able to communicate effectively, lead others, motivate others, and build cohesive teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
Prior experience managing multiple units.
