$2,000 Sign On Bonus (paid out at 180 days of employment)

$17.65 to $19.75 an hour + OT + quarterly bonuses + full benefits 

Shifts Available: 

1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm Mon-Fri  ($16.69 - $17.50/hr or more)

2^nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm Mon-Fri  ($17.65 - $18.70/hr or more)

3^rd Shift: 9:00pm to 7:00am S-Thurs  ($18.65 - $19.75/hr)

Part Time - 20 to 24 hours per week (no health benefits)

Job location: 234 Cashman Drive, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729

Benefits: Start on the 1^st of the month after they are employed (i.e., hired on May 15^th, their benefits start June 1^st. (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement; PTO) Chippewa Falls employees have access to onsite health clinic.

Education / Certifications: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Mechanical aptitude. Will provide OJT entry level candidates. The training will be for 90 days with a Certified Operator Trainer.

Preferred Experience: Previous Machine Operator experience.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

• · Demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
• · Must have good English skills: written and verbal communication skills are required.
• · Team working skills are critical for success.
• · Good hand, finger and eye coordination required.
• · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• · Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• · Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
• · Must be comfortable working with or around areas with chemicals.

Education & Experience: 

Required Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
