*No sales experience required:

*Candidates will have paid training for the first 8 weeks / you will be working along side an inside sales team that will provide you high quality leads*

Compensation: Commissions on sales + stock options. Company is going to an IPO in the near future. Realistic earnings in your first year is between $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

Additional Compensation: $6,500 vehicle allowance per year, generous PTO package, and 401k w/ matching options.

Job location: Opening a brand new office in the Bridgewater, MA area

Work week: Initially in the office for training purposes, once training is completed you will only be required to be in the office 1 day a week.

Required Experience: 

  • Must be a positive person with a 'no fear' attitude towards cold calling, canvassing, networking and lead generation
  • Must be 21 years of age or older w/ a valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with computers (we use Salesforce as our CRM)
  • Must be flexible & able to work some weekends & evenings.


Preferred Experience: 

  • Previous quota-driven outside sales experience with demonstrated success
  • Bilingual

The Solar Sales Representative educates homeowners on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency home upgrades from our company. Our sales team is not focused on putting as many panels on roofs as possible, but instead are tasked with helping our customers get more money back in their pocket while also helping to save the environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Follow up on leads from the inside sales team and drive the creation of new leads to meet sales goals through canvassing, participating in community events, generating referrals, and more
  • Speak with potential customers about our clean energy solutions
  • Helps the homeowner to execute documents and provide the necessary information to go solar
  • Assists with qualifying homeowners for additional incentives and obtaining the necessary paperwork for incentive attainment
  • Provides a high level of customer service throughout the customer’s lifecycle
  • Mentors and trains newer team members, contributing knowledge and enthusiasm to the office team
