Recruiter Work Schedule: Full-time.
Job Purpose: To actively draw qualified applicants into a hiring pipeline.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Identifying key partners, platforms, and areas within our market to draw candidates into our hiring process
- Coordination with HR: After qualifying a candidate, you will work with HR/Administration in the hiring process.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with the organization's leadership in partner development, i.e., schools for onsite events, job fairs, community events
Recruiter Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience; however, not required
- High emotional intelligence, superb inter-personal skills, & strong written skills
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and utilize digital platforms, i.e., Facebook, Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS systems
- Diligent in following through in a timely manner
- Flexible in scheduling
- Willing to try new things
