Sign On: $3,000 (paying $1,000 on first paycheck; $2,000 after 90 days of employment)

Work Week: Monday through Friday – 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Required Experience: Previous Industrial Maintenance experience required. Needs to understand electricals, pneumatics, hydraulics, piping, HVAC, and machinery experience.

Summary: Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical and/or mechanical pieces of equipment. Maintenance Technician performs preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment to optimize safety, quality, and production efficiency. Diagnose problems, recommend, and perform electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime


  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area/warehouse
  • Maintains a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidents, while maintaining quality standards
  • Reviews, repairs, and maintains electrical safety and electronic requirements on all equipment
  • Inspects and tests machines and equipment
  • Troubleshoots, repairs, performs minor programming and maintaining of PLCs, drive systems, and PID Loops
  • Diagnoses root cause and maintains 3-phase electrical system, motors, breakers, starters, and overloads
  • Installs power supply wiring and conduit for existing and newly installed machines and equipment such as conveyors, and programmable controllers
  • Reviews, initiates, and closes current preventative maintenance program
  • Dismantles, relocates, and installs production equipment
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Electrician certificate, or 1-2 years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing atmosphere a plus
  • Experience and knowledge in electrical requirements and standards
  • Experience with machine drive systems (specifically Allen-Bradley, Parker, and Yaskawa)
  • Experience with HVAC equipment and operation
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must be dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Willingness to work as team member or independently
