Sign-on: $3,000 – ($1,000 paid on their first paycheck, $2,000 paid at 90 days of employment) 

We are looking for someone responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical and/or mechanical pieces of equipment. The Maintenance Technician performs preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment to optimize safety, quality, and production efficiency. Diagnose problems, recommend and perform electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime 


  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area/warehouse
  • Maintains a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidents, while maintaining quality standards
  • Reviews, repairs, and maintains electrical safety and electronic requirements on all equipment
  • Inspects and tests machines and equipment
  • Troubleshoots, repairs, performs minor programming and maintaining of PLCs, drive systems, and PID Loops
  • Diagnoses root cause and maintains the 3-phase electrical system, motors, breakers, starters, and overloads
  • Installs power supply wiring and conduit for existing and newly installed machines and equipment such as conveyors, and programmable controllers
  • Reviews initiates, and closes current preventative maintenance program
  • Dismantles, relocates, and installs production equipment


  • Electrician certificate, or 1-2 years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing atmosphere is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge in electrical requirements and standards
  • Experience with machine drive systems (specifically Allen-Bradley, Parker, and Yaskawa)
  • Experience with HVAC equipment and operation
  • Must possess good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must be dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Willingness to work as a team member or independently
