Location: Conyers, GA, with relocation assistance available.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours availability required.
Salary: $90,000 to $145,000, with a 7-10.5% target annual bonus.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing supervisors is essential.
- Military veterans with manufacturing experience are highly desirable.
- Food or beverage experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

- Initially, the role will be hands-on, transitioning to a more strategic position as the team stabilizes.
