Job location: Portage, MI area (relocation will be offered for the right candidate)
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 + bonus
Education: HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required Experience: Must have experience with either managing a technical team or working technical aspects of a manufacturing plant (machines, lines, troubleshooting, facilities management, HVAC, maintenance) Must have previous management experience over supervisory employees.
Preferred: Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing experience. Engineering project work experience.
