Work Schedule – 9/80 schedule, M-F, M-Thurs (every other Friday off) + OT is not mandatory but available

1st 6a to 4:30pm  Mon-Fri, M-Thurs

2nd 1p to 10:30pm (+ shift differential) Mon-Fri, M-Thurs

Alternate – 6a to 3:30pm  Thurs-Mon, Thurs-Sun (Working weekends but has Tuesday & Wednesday off) 

Wage: $21.00 to $29.00 per hour depending on experience can be brought in at a level 2, 3, 4, or 5 technician)

Benefits: Begin on 1st day of employment. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k (with 6% match available at 1 year work anniversary) and accrued PTO/Sick Time (168 hours per year)

Education / Certifications:  Minimum High School Diploma or its equivalent.

Required Experience:  2+ years' experience with testing of electronics. Knowledge of volt-meters, DMM experience, understands capacitors, transistors versus resistors, oscilloscopes.

Preferred Experience: RF experience preferred

This role will involve working from engineering drawings, written test procedures, and process specifications. In this role you will electrically test assemblies for functionality and workmanship screening.

Essential Functions:

  • Set up test benches per diagrams and schematics.
  • Follow appropriate test equipment / safety procedures.
  • Complete datasheets and review test data. Compile data packs with delivery finished products.
  • Maintain status of assigned program(s) while ensuring documentation is accurate.
  • Troubleshoot test failures with the use of schematics.
  • Maintain equipment at workstations. Ensure equipment is in calibration.
  • Work with support teams to ensure assembly operations are correct.
  • Conduct environmental testing of products, including use of thermal chambers and support vibration events.
  • Work across functions on new product development and continuous improvement.


  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with the testing of electronics
  • Skilled and trained in use of test equipment
  • Knowledge of the operation of power supplies
  • Experience working on DMM and generators
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Ability to follow test procedures and test diagrams
  • RF experience preferred but not required
  • Analog and digital troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills with comfortability communicating with customers and across other disciplines of the organization
  • Technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting down to the component level
  • Strong planning/organizational skills with ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Demonstrated ability of working individually and in a team-oriented environment
