Compensation: $93,030 - $128,570 

Work Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week in office/work from home on Friday)

Education: Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Technical/Business Writing, Business Administration or Marketing.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in content creation to include: solution based content, product and brand marketing, internal and external marketing communications, branding, email marketing, value proposition and messaging
  • Experience with B2B
  • Strong understanding of website management/CRM systems and other relevant digital platforms. (i.e. HubSpot/SalesForce)
  • Demonstrated excellent technical, business and/or creative writing skills with a focus on SEO
  • Demonstrated strong project management experience
  • Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams successfully by setting high standards for performance in marketing, providing feedback to team members and ensuring accountability
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, vendors and customers

  • Familiarity with safety and PPE product
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

The North American Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for driving integrated marketing campaigns and programs that support the Global Safety business objectives for sustained growth. The Marketing Communications Manager will lead a team focused on developing, implementing, and measuring all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns that cut across a range of product categories, brands and customer segments. This person will utilize digital marketing tactics, social media, PR, advertising, brand management and customer tools to form dynamic marketing campaigns.

A key objective for this role will be to ensure our marketing communications programs are well aligned, are as effective and efficient as possible and are having maximum impact. This person will be a strong written communicator with experience drafting high-quality short- and long-form content for websites, social media, video and advertising campaigns in collaboration with subject matter experts. The Marketing Communications Manager will lead strategic projects while providing guidance and prioritization for a team focused on supporting the needs of our Industrial, Retail and Ecommerce channels. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and project management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach across various product categories, brands and customer segments. Use a mix of digital marketing tactics, social media, PR, advertising, and customer tools to create dynamic and impactful marketing campaigns in support of Marketing teams.
  • Content Creation and Brand Management: Demonstrate strong written communication skills to create high-quality short- and long-form SEO-friendly content for websites, social media, video and advertising campaigns. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines in all communications, collaborating with subject matter experts to convey information effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage a diverse team, providing guidance and prioritization to support the marketing needs of Industrial, Retail, and Ecommerce channels. Foster collaboration within the team and across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Measurement and Optimization: Collaborate with Digital Marketing resources to implement measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing communications programs. Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize impact.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead strategic marketing projects, driving innovation and quality in marketing initiatives to contribute to sustained growth. Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
