Starting salary is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.
Shift availability: initially 8 hour rotating shifts, M-F. Potentially 12 hour rotating shifts, 24/7
Shifts: 1st shift 7:45AM-4:00PM, 2nd 3:45PM to 12 Midnight, 3rd 11:45PM to 8AM no weekends.

As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate duties of approximately ten (10) production operators. This shift will be supervising a night crew for 12 hours a night and will work an alternative schedule of 3 days in one week and 4 days in the next. Must be able to work every other weekend and train on day shift. These duties include improving safety, reducing costs, improving quality, maximizing the department's effectiveness through long term planning and project implementation, providing appropriate training and development, ensuring consistent roll out of plant policies & procedures, and maintaining open communications and positive employee relations. In this role, you will also drive continuous improvement within your team.
