Job Location: Clifton, NJ 07013

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (policy is to work onsite for training. Training will be approximately 30 days, slide into hybrid after those 3 days in / 2 days at home)

Compensation: $125,000 to $140,000 + discretionary bonuses

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, related field.

Required Experience: 

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate/Finance environment.
  • High proficiency with computer-based software platforms including Microsoft Office365 (advanced Excel proficiency)
  • Advanced mathematical and quantitative skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently, demonstrating initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision as well as in a collaborative team environment. 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience with ADOBE Acrobat; usage of Crexi and Co Star and related platforms.

 Summary :                                    

We are seeking an experienced analyst to support the originations division with financial and property due diligence and underwriting of preferred equity, development and other investments including financial analysis, projections, market analysis, property analysis, production of Investment Committee materials and other business area related tasks and functions.
