Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting families in finding the ideal senior care solutions for their loved ones. You will be responsible for building relationships with families, understanding their unique requirements, and guiding them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to families who have expressed interest in senior care options.
  • Listen actively to understand each family's needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Provide personalized guidance and recommendations on senior care options based on the information gathered.
  • Build rapport and trust with families to facilitate a positive experience throughout the decision-making process.
  • Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our services and encourage families to choose us as their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.


  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a call center or inside sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while also being a team player.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.


  • Starting salary of $51,500 + uncapped monthly commissions. First year on target earnings are $85,000+.
