Job Location: Newbury, Huntsburg, or Middlefield, OH

LPN Hourly Rate: $24 - $30

RN Hourly Rate: $28 - $40

RN/LPN Work Schedule: Full-time, Part-time both 8-hours or 12-hour shifts available.

Charge Nurse Responsibilities:

• Contribute and participate in carrying out the Plan of Care
• Manage clinical tasks performed by Nursing Assistants
• Administer medications
• Support Interdisciplinary Team with care decisions
• Document relevant clinical information to provide ongoing quality care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

 Charge Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed state-approved registered nurse or licensed practical nurse education program
• Current RN or LPN license to practice
• Valid CPR certification (preferred)
