Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Executive Compensation who possesses exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to engage effectively with C-Suite executives, internal stakeholders, and external consultants. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive executive compensation programs critical to attracting, retaining, and motivating top-tier leadership talent within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of executive compensation strategies, including equity plans, executive benefits, and other incentive programs. Manage compensation structures for 50+ executives.
Compensation Committee: Develop materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including program strategy, design, proposals, competitive analysis, and updates.
Leadership and Collaboration: Directly manage an analyst and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external consultants, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of compensation initiatives.
Proxy Statement Oversight: Drive the preparation and review of annual proxy statements in collaboration with the legal team and external consultants. Provide strategic insights and support for all disclosures related to executive compensation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Executive Retirement: Actively participate in retirement and 401(k) committees, convening monthly to review and optimize executive retirement plans and benefits offerings.
Executive Separation Packages: Develop and manage executive separation packages, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Confidential Data Management: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information related to executive compensation with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data related to executive compensation, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all financial reporting and decision-making processes.
