State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Hourly Pay Rate: $14-$19 an hour.

Nursing Assistant Work Schedule: Full-time, Part-time both 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available.

Job Purpose: Resident Assistants enhance the quality of life of our patients/residents by assisting them with everyday activities of daily life. They assist the nurses in carrying out the resident's plan of care established by their attending physician.

Nursing Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Assist Residents with activities of daily living
• Contribute and participate in the execution of the Plan of Care
• Coordinate clinical care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document relevant clinical information to provide ongoing quality care
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing

Nursing Assistant Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• No experience required
• Orient with one of our experienced State Tested Nursing Assistants and take an 8-hour online course (we pay you to take the class)
