Job title: Technical Sales Specialist – Vacuum Components

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, hybrid option available

Job location: Methuen, MA

Compensation:  $80,000 to $95,000 + bonus eligible (15%)

Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s / Associate’s in electrical and/or mechanical engineering is nice to have, not needed.

Required Experience: 3+ years’ sales experience within the semiconductor components industry.

Preferred Experience: High preference on candidates with vacuum components experience. Fluent in Japanese

Technical Sales – Vacuum Components

We are a comprehensive manufacturer of vacuum equipment and component. Vacuum is at the core of technological innovation from the most advanced semiconductors to flat panel displays and beyond. We are building the future with vacuum technology. We are seeking a dynamic technical seller to help take our Vacuum Components business to the next level. The right candidate is comfortable speaking to both technical and commercial stakeholders internally and externally and has outstanding relationship building skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide outstanding response time and customer service for incoming leads and technical inquiries
  • Use your technical and business skills to engage customers, brand yourself as a trusted advisor, and close deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Logistics, Customer Support, and Administration teams to provide a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Work with the Product and Marketing teams to relay the voice of the customer and help position the product in North America

What You Will Bring:

A successful candidate will have 3-10 years’ experience in technical sales or marketing role and the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
  • Excellent data and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc. (PowerBI or similar experience a plus!)
  • Experience using a CRM to keep detailed customer information (Dynamics 365, SalesForce etc.)
  • Technical Education or Equivalent experience selling a technical product
  • Semiconductor or Vacuum Industry Experience a Plus
